A special tribute to the songs of friendship will be presented by the journalist Athina Kampakoglou and the composer Christos Nikolopoulos, on Saturday May 27, 2023, at 10 pm, at ERT2 channel.
“Φιλία εστί μία ψυχή εν δυσί σώμασιν ενοικουμένη” (Friendship is a soul that inhabits two bodies).
All lyricists, composers, songwriters, have written about the wonderful emotional bonding of people through friendship, sometimes with words and notes of gratitude, sometimes with complaint, sometimes with bitterness. And that’s because everything forged in the fire, just like a friendship, sometimes goes awry.
Journalist Athina Kampakoglou and composer Christos Nikolopoulos create an episode with songs of friendship in “Courtyard of Colors”, in order to highlight the musical creations, which dedicated notes and words to describe this so selfless emotional bond of people.
Two extremely beloved women, whose relationship does not oxidize over time, will talk about the value of their friendship and how we should take care of it and protect it over the years: the wonderful actress Alexandra Palaiologou and her lawyer friend Evangelia Papantonopoulou.
Psychologist Stella Argyriou talks to us about all these feelings and human behaviors, which are the conditions to “build” or sometimes even “destroy” a friendship.
The songs written about friendship, which always move with the purity they refer to this relationship, are interpreted with respect and love by Konstantina, Lefteris Kindatos, Haritini Panopoulou and Ioanna Saatsaki.
The stories behind the songs and the creators are told by the renowned historical researcher of the show, Kostas Balachoutis.
